The space
The open central design of the home is just perfect for family and friends to share their experiences any time of the stay. Warmed in the winter by a combination of electric floorboard heaters in every room and central propane furnaces in the great room; the large wood-burning fireplace is also at your disposal to enjoy after a long day outside. In the summer, cool breezes drifting through the many screened windows keep you comfortable with never needing air conditioning! You will be amazed at how quiet it can be at night to hear a pine cone fall from a tree some distance away. The blackout drapes allow long mornings in bed to control the morning sun.

Angel Fire has 4 magnificent seasons, and our home is easy to navigate with abundant private parking. We do recommend an AWD/4WD from November through March for driving in general.

Neighborhood overview
When you want to enjoy all the things Angel Fire has to offer, but prefer to have closer access to hiking trails, the Country Club, and just more wooded quiet time, then our house is for you! Enjoy our 1/2 acre wooded lot as nature comes to you daily in all its beauty. The restaurants and amenities at the Clubhouse are just a 10 minute walk (2 minute drive) from our door! The ski resort is only 5 minutes away.
Getting around
Our home is only 1 minute from Golf and the Country Club and just a few minutes more to the resort, restaurants, and groceries. We do highly recommend an AWD/4WD from November-March.
